The deluxe apartments are located on the ground floor and offer direct access to the large pool.

This Apartment offers a very large open space with a style and decoration which reflects the Italian tradition and characteristics in a modern way. An example of this is the handmade materials made by local carpenters from Tulum. All of our apartments have, A/C mini split units, smart TV’s so you can relax and enjoy time with your friends or family.

This apartment has two splendid large bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen. A closet, security deposit box and Mini split. They both have the added comfort of private and luxury bathrooms with fine finishings and a grand shower which is personalised with italian materials of high quality.

Our kitchens are very modern and light a perfect space to enjoy dinners all together, they are fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. You will find an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the necessary utensils to cook.

All of our rooms have beautiful garden views. The balconies or terrace have comfy chairs so you can take a rest and enjoy the peaceful sights of the tranquil garden area and swimming pool which is “1.80” meters deep and 30 meters long.

The receptionist’s are very well acquainted with Tulum and can provide some great local advice and recommendations. To help make your vacation an unforgettable experience.
